How do I earn high school credits?
Upon completion of our drivers ed course you will have earned the option to purchase high school credits. More information can be found once you have selected your state.

What software does my computer need to have loaded to take our online courses?
It's easy! To take any of our online courses, your computer must have one of the following free browser applications:
- Internet Explorer (7.0 or newer) >> Download
- Mozilla Firefox (3.6 or newer) >> Download
- Also, please check to make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player on your computer.

What is Online Driver's Ed?
Online Driver's Ed is a course taken by a teen that replaces the classroom requirement for driver education.
The site wants to charge me extra!
You have found our default settings for shipping options and practice tests.
Upon the last page of the check out process you will have the opportunity to select what ever shipping option you desire. Free shipping is an option included with your purchase of the course.
Prior to clicking the add to cart button when purchasing a course be sure to select the amount of practice test you wish to use with the pull down menu above the add to cart button. Selecting the single practice test package is $0.00 additional costs.
My time log is off on my account!
Your timer does not update until you enter the course and complete the next section in the next module. Logging out and in of the website will not update your timer. you must enter the course and upon exiting back to the website you will see you timer has been updated. Keep in mind your time is only logged when you are answering quiz questions. Simply having the course open does not accrue time.
The security questions are wrong and I am locked out!
You have two chances to logn with the correct security answers for your acount. If you fail both tries you are locked out of your course for a full 24 hour period. Example 2:45 pm to 2:45 pm
What is an enrollment certificate?
Upon completion of two hours of the Ohio course you are eligible to order your enrollment certificate. If you already have your temporary instruction permit you can take this enrollment certificate to your local driving school and start your 8 hrs of driving instruction. if you do not have your permit just order it with your certificate of completion at the end. you will need both certificates to enroll in your 8 hour driver training class.
How long does the Ohio DPS apporved driver ed course take?
The course is designed to replace the 24 hour state required classroom course. The course has time limits of a maximumn of 4 hours per day with breaks incorperated into it. At miniumn your course could take you 6 days to complete.
When do I get my certificate of enrollment?
Once you have completed two hours of your Ohio online drivers ed course you will be prompted to order your certificate of enrollment. You can have the certificate expedited if necessary.
When I'm done with the course will I be able to print my certificate or have it faxed/emailed to me?
Unfortunately no. The certificate we provide to you is provided to us by the Ohio DPS and is the only accepted format. Mailing the certificate is the only option. Depending on your selected shipping option It can come as soon as 2 days or as long as 12 days to get to you.
How long will it take to receive my certificate of completion?
Certificates are usually processed and sent out within 4 days of course completion. After that, they typically take 5-7 days to arrive in the mail unless you have chosen an expedited shipping option. To make sure we can send out your certificate as quickly as possible, please double-check that your name, address and date of birth are filled out correctly.
How do I apply credits to my high school?
After completing our online driver's ed course you may then purchase credits from our learning partner, Orion High School. They will send an official transcript to your high school to be applied to your official high school transcript for graduation. More information can be found on the Ohio driver's ed page.
How much does it cost to have your cert mailed?
Sending your certificate by 1st class regular mail is included in the price. We have one expedited shipping method: Priority Shipping (3-4 days) for $30.00.
How do I buy?
Select your state and click on the add to cart button in the upper right of the screen. Follow the prompts to the checkout page of the cart process. Apply your coupon code if needed and fill in all the necessary payment fields and click purchase. You will receive an email receipt and verification email with a link to set up your password. Then you can access your course and get started.
